Holding it Down: a Boundarywork Primer for the Holidays
A virtual inclusive space, dedicated to resourcing ourselves with the relational reminders and skills we need to navigate the social intensity at the end-of-year.
Boundarywork does not mean isolation, rather a more healthy interconnectedness with others. Rather than just “surviving the holidays”, perhaps this is a moment to turn towards some deeper healing for ourselves, and healthier relationships with our loved ones.

Monday 11/16/26 from 6.30-8pm on Zoom.
Financial exchange: $7-75+ sliding scale registration. 20% of your payment goes towards the Collective Care Fund, a mutual aid fund built by community for community access to reduced fee/pro bono services through my practice.
Registration includes access to supplementary online materials post-workshop.
