Holding it Down: a Boundarywork Primer for the Holidays

A virtual inclusive space, dedicated to resourcing ourselves with the relational reminders and skills we need to navigate the social intensity at the end-of-year.

  • What does it mean to hold boundaries in the service of better relationships, even deeper connections?

  • What different kinds of boundaries can we practice?

  • How does the self thrive when we bring more discernment to our relationships with others?
