Turning In: Healing Into The End of 2022

Week 1

Arriving

Why did you say “yes”?

What pulled you towards this space? What about this offering caught your attention?

Who are you?

What do you want to share about who you are? What will you share of your story, your origin, your journey, your self

Reciprocity and Intention Setting

What do you hope to get from this group?

What will you offer to this space?

Care

What care do you desire to receive?

What ways do you demonstrate care for people, places, systems?

Who is in your circle of care?

As caregivers to many others, how do we care for ourselves? Remembering, and returning to our care as a practice.

Offerings from our group:

Community

Co-creating a healing space. Inclusion and how identity makes us both cohesive and diverse in this space. Coming together with the opportunity to see and be seen.

Rest as a radical act

Reclaiming rest. Listening into body, mind and spirit for the need for rest before burn out. Seeking sources of rest and sleep (check out The Nap Ministry).

Intuition

Moving towards spaces that we feel intuitively called towards.

Release

Letting go of old cycles, systems, people, and ways of being that no longer serve us.

Returning to Self

Cultivating intentional self-care. Choosing to be fully present and intentional when engaging in spaces of self-care.

Stories

Sharing stories and speaking our stories out loud. Recognizing the privilege of listening. Where do our stories live in our bodies?
